Get your steps in at beautiful and historic F.T. Proctor Park in Utica! Donated to the city by Maria Williams Proctor (pronounced Ma-rye-ah), F.T. Proctor Park was built between 1912-1914, by renowned landscape Frederick Law Olmstead, Jr., the son of New York City Central Park’s architect. This 62-acre park is considered the “crown jewel” of the Utica’s parks. Utica City Parks
